Dragon Ride Routes & Distances
Please note the below information relates to 2024. Information regarding 2025 will be added in the lead up to 22 June 2025.
Whilst the route remains largely similar to previous years, due to ongoing local farming and livestock activities along the Devil’s Elbow ascent on the 23rd June, we will be unable to use this section of the route. To prioritise the safety of our participants (and our woolly friends), our timed climb will take place on the renowned and demanding Rhigos ascent. This challenging climb not only pushes your limits but will be included on all four routes allowing all participants the opportunity to challenge themselves against the clock. The Devil's Staircase climb remains for all Dragon Devil riders. *
*Please note both timed climbs will take place on open roads and results will be ordered by surname and not time.
Each route will begin and end at our event village in the beautiful Margam Park near Port Talbot and head into, in our opinion, the best riding in the UK.
